Schedule Maximizer users have the ability to change their password at any time while the account is not locked or disabled. 

  • Passwords must contain between 6 and 12 characters and are case sensitive. Passwords must contain a number, but does not require mixed case characters. For example: "test123" is an acceptable password, but "test" is not. 

After a password reset is completed by PA Systems Support personnel it is recommended that a user immediately change their password. 



  • Navigate to the login window within Schedule Maximizer and enter current username and password. Select "More>>".


  • Enter new password twice to confirm. Select 'OK'

  • Login credentials will be updated and user will be logged into system.
